Facilities Management

Superior USD’s Facilities Management Department oversees the maintenance of two schools and our district office. Our dedicated staff members ensure that our grounds are well-kept, maintain building utilities, check and monitor safety equipment, take care of plumbing emergencies, look after our security systems, and much more. We perform our duties in an efficient, timely, and cost-effective manner.
